How often do I have to service type B gas appliances?

By AS (3814, Appendix G) gas standards, it is recommended that regular and thorough maintenance and testing should typically be carried out on an annual basis. We can provide you with a service report.

What do I do if my deep fryer pilot light keeps turning off?

First, check if your deep fryer has a red reset button. Try pushing that to light the pilot again. If you cannot find the button, or it fails to light, contact us. We might be able to assist you further over the phone.

Are you worried about gas leaks or the safety of your gas heater?

We can service your heater, and we always follow safety and all current gas standards. We perform carbon monoxide tests with each heater service. You will have peace of mind your gas heater is safe for your home.

Have you received a letter in your mailbox from your gas supplier and have no gas?

It sounds like you have a gas leak. Call us to get you cooking with gas as soon as possible.

Is your BBQ burner not lighting all the way around?

Using a wire brush, brush over the burner to clear the burner holes. If that doesn’t work, give us a call, and we can help over the phone.
